I live in NYC and love music (jazz, acid jazz, indie rock, funk), good food, exploring new places and meeting new and fun people. I'm a citizen of the planet and try to reduce my footprint and live consciously as much as I can. I love to laugh and am a Laughter Yoga leader! I've had several different careers, including the travel industry, hairstyling/fashion, mental health/housing/psychotherapy and am fascinated by many different things. Currently, I'm very interested in helping people optimize their health through affordable, plant-based whole nutrition and healthy living-also sustainable, vertical gardening.
