Back on Couchsurfing after a 10 year hiatus. After 11 years in Canada, now back in the Netherlands.

I work as an IT architect and enjoy creating solutions by working with people that have different perspectives, have different backgrounds and come from different countries.
I like to go out in nature to go hiking, I like cycling (being Dutch, this is second nature) both as a means of transportation around town and go road cycling on country roads. I enjoy art and museums when visiting cities.

Next destinations on the list are to visit Hokkaido, Japan and Picos de Europa in Spain.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I participated in the RoPa run, a charity run from Paris to Rotterdam. With a team of 8 runners and a lot of support to run a non-stop relay race of 550km.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I like to cook. Nothing special, but just taking different ingredients and using creativity to cook something tasty. Different cuisines, from Indian, Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese to Italian, French and Dutch.

Learn: I'd like to learn from others by sharing experiences and views on life to continually enrich my own perspectives.

Share: I like to share my time and help where I can.
