Studied 3 semesters of sociology at university in Denmark, but it never felt like it was the right thing to do. I thought, if I really want to figure out what I want to do in the future, I need to figure myself out first. And it didn’t feel like I was gonna find it in Denmark. So, I put on the backpack and headed off to see Europe.

Figured it would be an amazing way to meet new people who are actually locals. Or at least live in the cities you visit. When staying at hostels, it’s most likely other travelers you run into, which doesn’t always give you an insight into the culture of the place you visit. Once I get my own place I think it would be very interesting hosting as well and definitely something I will try.

Getting to know new people is one of the greatest things in life. That even gets more interesting if it’s people of different culture who might have great experiences to share or perhaps even teach you a few things about the world.

To finaly build up the courage to detach myself from the routines that kept me unhappy and go travel. It was the best decision I have ever made for myself!

Danish culture, danish food (as underwhelming it might be) and places to go. I also like having good conversations/discussions about pretty much anything over a beer, glass of wine or just a cup of coffee.
