Hi!
My name is Jan and I'm studying chemistry in Germany, where I'll probably finish my masters degree at the end of this year. Right now I'm on an exchange to Canada, which has been an amazing experience until now and I'm sure it's gonna be awsome the last month as well!

Interests

I love playing volleyball! Doesn't matter if indoor or beach volleyball, it's by far my favorite sport! I also enjoy swimming a lot or playing water polo.
Another passion is ballroom dancing, which I started like 10 years ago and I'm currently taking lessons together with my fianceé .
When I'm not doing sports, I like reading (especially fantasy) and I'm trying to teach myself how to play the guitar but it's still a long way to go ....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been to South Africa once and my brother and I went to a botanical garden and we found a hiking trail, which was supposed to take like 30mins. We must have taken a wrong turn somewhere because we ended up climbing a dry riverbed (not wearing proper shoes of course) and accidently went up all the way to the top of table mountain. It was definetly better then all the busy hiking trails you normally use to get there and I'd do it again instantly.
