Hi!

I love hanging out with people I live with, cook and eat most meals together. I am very social and outgoing. I love taking care of my houseplants and am rather outdoorsy - love hiking and open/cold water swimming. As for my hobbies and pastimes, I surf & climb, both bouldering and ropes. Would love to eventually get into trad climbing. I play baritone sax and bass in a little noise rock project.

I’m very curious of the world and its people and would love to experience cultures different to mine :) a big dream of mine is to eventually learn Spanish and travel through South America.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people, love hitchhiking and couchsurfing just seems to share the vibe :) my parents used to host international students at our family house and it was great fun!

Music, Movies, and Books

I have recently seen this wonderful movie about Noam Chomsky - Is the Man Who Is Tall Happy?, really recommend it! If you are into surf movies, the Patagonia documentary on Gerry Lopez is top notch.

There is this one book I am reading now I can recommend - "Braiding Sweetgrass" by Robin Wall Kimmerer.

...and I could talk forever about music so don't even get me started.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have hitchhiked across northern Norway, Finland and Sweden couple years back, met so many amazing people and, partially because of that experience, I have moved to Sweden!
