CURRENT MISSION

Learning to be courageous in life! Ive taken a 2 year sabbatical from teaching Biology. I am starting a business with 2 dear freinds and we are going to teach Mindfulness Meditation to The Armed Forces and the Police. We are called Mindful Forces.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted many visitors from many countries through the WWOOFing scene, although have not hosted using CS as the house is usually too full of visitors anyway.

I am still quite new to CS but am finding this great for me to travel and meet local people.

Had the most amazing experience Couch Surfing in South Africa...stayed with two families and my dreams came true...went to a Wildlife park and saw all the animals I dreamed of seeing. My hosts are still in touch, we all became good friends.....they were wonderful.

I am now going to Copenhagen (August 2016) and I am still one more host for my trip.

Beauty in nature, sketching wild mountains and landscapes, flowers. Traditional music and dancing. Meditating and teaching meditation to others.....(I can offer that to my hosts) Hill-walking in good company, picnics, having a laugh with people. Teaching young people Biology and meditation. Yoga.
Being with friends and family and enjoying meals together....simple things in life.

Seven Years in Tibet.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Giving birth to three beautiful daughters, and watching them grow up even more beautiful.....they also enjoy couch surfing and encouraged me to try...I am a fan!!!

Meeting Tibetan Buddhist teachers (like HH Dalai Lama) who are so full of kindness they blow you away. I went ot India for 2 months this year and a smile from Dalai Lama had me so weak at the knees....and tears, he is such a role model.

Climbing mountains and then sitting on top and sketching the shapes and colours.....with a picnic and good friends, quick meditate-bliss!

I can teach Meditation, and love to share this!
I love to have conversations about deep things in life....ideas, wider aspects of politics, philosophy, Buddhism, yoga.....wildlife.
I am also very domesticated, happy to go shopping and wash up dishes.....I am a mum of 3 daughters!
