my name is Jan, I'm 24 years old and I live the beautiful town Münster, North Rhine-Westphalia. I have a tiny room in a dorm close to the center but I enjoy being here :)

I spend a lot of free time playing music and doing musical theater and I like going out and getting to know new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I made my first couchsurfing experiences in the Netherlands last year. It was amazing getting to know the people I met there and I hope I'll meet couchsurfers in other countries soon as well :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: There's a LOT of music that I like. For instance acoustic pop, Musical, folk, Brit rock, 60s, soul, opera, RnB, Jazz trios and many more. But to me most enjoyable is playing music by myself :)

Movies: I must admit that I don't watch movies on a regular basis (and I've been falling asleep watching movies many many times :D) I enjoy watching utopian movies, sci-fi, criminal movies and thrillers.

Books: I like "classics" (books by Mann, Dürrenmatt etc). Besides I'm into books set in a historical context - especially non-Fantasy ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Playing my first musical role last year was pretty amazing. Since, I just can't stop doing this :D

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach you playing some guitar or show you some exercises to train your singing voice! I can also cook a bit but I'm nothing like a professional in this field :D
