ABOUT ME

Easy going ,like coffee .like to bicycle. I do ride a scooter also. I do like to swim regularly and take pictures. Learning yoga , enjoying it very much . I don’t eat any grains and rice. For about three years I fallow a “Wheat Belly “ way of eating. In some ways it’s a similar keto way of eating. I do like to talk about :) , like to talk in general,sometimes too much. Often enjoy quiet time alone just to relax. Yoga is part of it.
