Hi, I am Jana and I am from Germany. Currently, I am a student on exchange on Mexico, where I spend a year to learn about culture, people and life. I enjoy the country and its food a lot :)
I'd describe myself as a happy and outgoing person. I like music and sports and travelling and above all being with and meeting new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to try out a new way to travel, hopefully closer to the actual way of living in the country. Also I hope to meet exceptional people and have a lovely time on my trips.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent eight months in Romania doing a voluntary service, which was a interesting, challenging, amazing and sometimes even frightening experience.

Whilst in Mexico I hope to improve my Spanish, so I am happy to learn all the local expressions. But I'd love practicing any other language as well.
In exchange for you teaching me to cook your food, I'll teach you mine.
