I tend to be open to various things and find the beauty in everything, but I can list some of my favourite:

Indie, rock, r'n'r, folk, ambient, funk and easy listening music.

Movies are difficult as it is always linked to current mood but fairy tales for adults such as Big Fish, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button or even Wall-E are my favourite ones, afterwards I like autobiography movies, Lords of Dogtown, Million Dollar Baby, Wild, Captain Fantastic, A lot like love, czech movies and many more. I am not very good in remembering movies quotes and detailed scenes so I don't mind to watch a lot of movies for many times.

Honestly, I am not very good reader. But I am working on it :)
