I am a 19 year old trying to go travel and explore the world before I go to college. I figured now would be the time finiancially and while I'm at my youth because it'll force me to grow and mature as a person. Id love to see who I'm sharing this planet with and what there is to learn from it as well as give back to it :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was referred to couch surfing by a friend who said it was a more cheaper and opportunity filled way of travel. I'm hoping that this will force myself out of my introverted bubble to meet new people.

Interests

I started playing guitar in the 8th grade. I don't plan on bringing my guitar with me on my travels but if you have a guitar I'd be more than happy to play a few songs. I enjoy escaping into nature as much as I can. I plan on going to college after traveling for child or forensic psychology.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all types of music but indie music is my home base music wise. Any movie with a good story and meaning is good. I like a few fictional books by Kelly Armstrong, but I mostly read non-fiction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I backpacked across the Yucatan with my family a while back. That was a pretty cool and life changing experience that kind of solidified my passion for travel.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love other languages and cultures! It's my goal to learn at least two other languages fluently so exchanging some words in different languages would be awesome.
