Hi, I'm Jana.
I like the international vibes and I've lived already in Canada, France, Spain and Czech Republic, apart from my native country Germany.
I study environmental sciences and a professor once described me as "being at home in the world", which I think applies both to travelling and caring about the Earth. I consider myself an introvert, so starting couchsurfing was a process for me that took some getting used to but I really enjoy all the experiences I got to make.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I biked from Munich to Brno for my semester abroad and had my very first experiences staying with strangers during that trip. I mostly used Warmshowers, but got familiar with the concept of surfing people's couches and it was quite the adventure. I enjoyed getting to host last year as well! Unfortunately this year, while I'm back in Brno, I am sharing my room and therefore hosting is not really possible right now.
