Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I don't want to use Couchsurfing as a free hotel, but as a great way to get to know new people and get a little out of my comfort zone. Living together with other people you get to know them quite differently and you can philosophize with them and get to know their view of life.

Interests

I am adventurous and always looking for new great things to do.

Sport is a big part of my life. I love sports and move very much. No matter if active sports like climbing, hiking, volleyball or rather quiet sports like yoga, gymnastics.

During my trip through Asia I also discovered meditation and Buddhism. Sometimes it is so much more powerful to look inwards and calm your mind than to look outwards. I am convinced that every external problematic situation is caused by an inner imbalance.
