About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Finish my master degree. But as I have two months leasure time now, I will use that period to travel around Europe.

ABOUT ME

I am a student and studying Biomedical Engineering at the University of Stuttgart. I'm in my 4nd semester of my master degree and I'm just donewith my internship.
I'm an uncomplicated person, I like to have a good time with friends and get to know new people, talk with them about their experiences and travels while having a glas of wine.
If I'm not traveling, I do many kinds of different sports: skiing, ultimate frisbee, running, ... (diving, windsurfing when I'm on holiday. There are pretty few things I've never tried)
Three years ago, I went to Helsinki, Finland to study abroad. Before that, I had time to travel through South East Asien for 3 months.

I'm a really open-minded, cheerful person. I like it to hear about other peoples lives and interests. It's also very nice to learn about other peoples way of travelling - it's always good to get new ideas!

PHILOSOPHY

Make every new day the best of your life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In 2011, after my Abitur, I travelled trough Portugal and Spain for 4 weeks using couchsurfing. It was a great experience as we got to know a lot of locals.
When I was in Indonesia, I rediscovered couchsurfing. Couchsurfing made Indonesia the best part of my hole journey.

I can't host people right now as I will move back in to my parents' place until June but I will change my status as soon as I have my own (shared) flat again.

Interests

As you may see on the photo, I like winter sports. I'm skiing since I am three years old and still spending lots of weekends in the mountains as I did skiing as a competitive sport until 2 year ago and I'm still doing it for fun.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I saw turtles on a dive on Koh Phi Phi in Thailand
I was on a full-time party in Finland for 6 months (it was my exchange semester and soooo amazing!)

Teach, Learn, Share

Take the chance to travel to as many places as you can as long as you can (I mean especially now)!
And I can only recommend to make a trip to Asia - the culture and the people are so different from the Western countries, and of course, the landscape is beautiful!

Countries I’ve Visited

Egypt, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, Thailand

Countries I’ve Lived In

Finland, Germany
