The older I get, the more time becomes precious. I try to live purposely and with gratitude. There is so much to explore and discover and so many opportunities to create and share. Worked many years as a graphic designer and I am now happy to be in a time of change and openness. I am an active volunteer especially with arts organizations and tutoring.

Hosted a few times and surfed in Cuenca, Ecuador.

Yoga and meditation. Outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, trail running, mushroom hunting. Art, theatre, film, music and reading. Photography, visual imaging, photoshop. Traveling, of course.

Astonished by Murakami and Milhauser. All the Light You Cannot See, Captive Paradise, history of Hawaii, Shalimar the Clown, The Fly Truffler, books on yoga and meditation are recent favorites. Enjoy classical, jazz and world music and various fusions.

Give birth. I've seen lots of amazing things, but this one thing has the most lasting effect.
