I love getting outdoors and exploring in my free time. I am open minded and enjoy trying new things especially if they involve adventures. I have recently moved to Asheville, NC to be closer to the mountains and outdoor activities that ground me. I have recently opened my own Chiropractic practice in Asheville (Balance Back Chiropractic) and look forward to getting involved in the community as well as meet new people.

I enjoy a lot of different music but some of my favorites are Dave Matthews, Dispatch, State Radio, Cut Copy, Sublime, 90's...if it's got a good beat or it's live, I'm down to listen, maybe even bust a move.

I took a Train across North America last August, alone, to explore Oregon and Utah. It was one of the most liberating journeys I've ever taken and has had a deep impact on how I approach the world today.
