ABOUT ME

Previously: Hacker of brambles, writer of dragon tales, baker of damned fine cakes. I keep rock pools and build mad gardens. Voracious reader, unconscious singer, bad but enthusiastic dancer. Frustrated traveler - but not for much longer. Currently: Dartmoor explorer, bad painter, board game inventor, writer of bramble tales (one small book anyway). I keep a frog pool and build puddings. Enthusiastic gardener. Update (can't be bothered to delete all this) Sideways slip to the Tamar Valley between two moors. Another new area to explore. Off again, middle of Bodmin Moor - very wild. Moved again, now back on the edge of Dartmoor - in a village for the first time - wow...people nearby...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted lots of lovely folk now and we all love it, meeting people from around the world is like armchair traveling and it's nice to do it vicariously if you can't do it yourself so easily.
