Outgoing bald sales manager and single mama looking to get away and see the world. Very relaxed and easy to get along with. Love conversation and meeting new people. Very spontaneous and thrill-seeking, a.k.a., adrenaline junkie.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m interested in meeting new people around the world while getting a real cultural experience from someone who knows! I want to see sites and experience things off the beaten path as well as tourist attractions.
Movies, reading, singing, cross-stitching, spending time with my kids, training in sales, thrill-seeking when I can, and learning new things.
I enjoy having conversation with people who may have different views. I'm always up for a debate and although I have strong opinions, I'm open to seeing different perspectives too.
Music, Movies, and Books
Variety of music, but mostly old-school hip hop and alternative. Also 80s music like Depeche Mode and Erasure.
Comedies, drama, action - basically anything that has over a 7.5 rating on IMDB. ;)
Mostly into non-fiction books right now, more educational and developmental, via Audible on my drive time.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Grew 10 humans.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to teach sales training, used to teach childbirth classes and attend women in labor, and I enjoy learning anything I can, especially about individual humans. It’s all about making new connections and sharing experiences.
I can share about Utah culture (including being ex-Mormon), how to make delicious, easy guacamole, birth/pregnancy, what it's like to have a big family, and how to find a good nanny.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Me! I strive to live authentically, which gives others permission to do the same. I’m up for long talks on just about any topic from philosophy to board games. I’m interested in what makes others tick so chances are I’ll ask lots of questions to get to know about you.
I’m also an open book so don’t ask a question you don’t want the answer to. 😉
