I have always had a strong connection with nature and working with children. My life purpose is to guide and support kids in their social, emotional and mental growth through interacting with nature in a powerful way and learning how to best maneuver through their life lessons.

My mission is to connect with people of different cultures and beliefs so that I may learn as much as possible about people, ideas and perspectives. We are all connected & all mirrors of each other.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the Couchsurfing community. This is a place where people can really connect and realize that we are all more alike than we are different . It is a place where people can show off their amazing culture and city and want to give to the community and a place where those traveling can be humbled by the graciousness of their hosts.

Interests

I love being in nature and exploring new trails. I enjoy working with kids and learning new, positive ways to support and guide them in their growth. I enjoy walking around a new city and getting lost in it. I am a lover of good coffee and wine.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Cambodia when I was 21. It was completely out of my comfort zone but I went anyway and volunteered for a few weeks at an orphanage. It was so rewarding and I am so grateful I said, "yes" to the opportunity even though I was scared.

I have a fair amount of knowledge in the mental, social, emotional development of children.
I can share my traveling and life experiences.
I am currently being trained in Reiki, which is an amazing healing therapy tool!
