ABOUT ME

I am a quiet mature woman with an active lifestyle that includes various martial arts, hiking, bike riding, etc. I have two very curious and friendly cats that I consider my friends and roommates. Various human friends keep me out and about but I most enjoy being curled up at home with a book, my taiji practice, or the garden. Eventually I hope to help older adults experience the health benefits of Qigong and taiji.
