I love the world, decided at 15 to be a traveler & have lived this amazing life for 30 yrs. I love the mystical & good people who love to laugh! I have been a student of metaphysical studies for the past 25 yrs & see good in everything because I choose to. I respect other peoples belief systems & believe all ways to the top of the mountain are necessary. I have traveled to 44 countries & have lived in HK, Australia, South Africa & Zimbabwe , grew up in NZ & Glastonbury in the UK & now am a citizen of the US which I love. Life is good. 🐓

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Even though I enrolled in couch surfing in 2010 I only just stayed with my first host July 2016 who is an absolutely wonderful woman. I do my best to travel outside of the hostel lifestyle these last few decades, recently though I stayed in a hostel in the dorm & after 3 nights decided to switch over to the 21st century way of traveling on a budget. Ahhh ... clean air and no smoke yay!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Anything that is good. I like alternative rock, Sarah McLauchlin, Train, Dead can Dance, not techno or rap (although I heard a rap/country fusion recently that was amazing. I like a little country - only a little.

Movies: Serenity, Ground Hog Day, old Star Wars, and of course Indiana Jones .. my hero. Yeah, uplifting interesting funny thrilling movies are the best.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent a year on fishing trawlers in nth australia as a cook/deckhand working with sharks and sea snakes.

Cage dived with great whites twice.

Was there when the Berlin Wall came down feb 1990 & was the very first person (with my twin sister) to jump from west to no mans land & back at Checkpoint Charlie.

Climbed up 2 pyramids on private land in the Yucatan less than 10 white people had ever climbed with a documentary crew to do energy work while being attacked by ants and mosquitos.
