Hello world!

20 year old adventure seeker here. Happiest when carrying my necessities only in my dear backpack, preferably while climbing a mountain (damn you flat Finland). Sports and outdoor enthusiast. Recently came back from backpacking in New Zealand and Australia, now coping with the post travel reality. Currently on my second gap year, applying ( = trying to convince myself I am studying while looking at flights to Canada ) to medical school so my life consists of working and "studying" with the occasional adventure here and there. Other than that, social, optimistic and sarcastic girl who can't sit still and laughs a lot.

People helped me a lot and gave me fantastic experiences on my travels, my turn to give something back. I want to help, I want to share stories and meet inspiring people from all around the world and have a good time.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Music - Sucker for chill hits. Rather listen to music with meaningful lyrics than anything that repeats the same word 10 times with the occasional boring drop. Also go crazy when I hear ABBA and other songs from my childhood. Sometimes my patriotic side comes out and I listen to Finnish music only.

Movies - Lotr, Marvel, DC... The usual. Mamma Mia is my guilty pleasure for a rainy day. I'm also in an abusive relationship with Game of Thrones.

Books - Favorite book right now is Wild, whoch shouln't come as a surprise

I'll go with the most fatal hike of New Zealand- the Cascade saddle. Started from Matukituki valley and finished it with the Rees track.

I could teach you Finnish but I don't think you want that (it's impossible). :D

I love cooking so I'd be happy to cook something with you or for you, although I'll admit I'm still learning so satisfaction is not guaranteed.
