I am from a small and beautiful country Latvia. If someone doesn't know, where it is, I usually say that it is in Europe - somewhere between Finland and Poland. Travelling has been my hobby since childhood. My first large journey was in 1996 - I was travelling to Finland with my parents. We were travelling by car and ferry, we had a tent and all the necessary food for 4 days, as that time prices seemed to be very high in Finland, when compared to Latvian prices. I was only seven years old but it was a huge adventure for me. Now I travel mainly by planes but desire to travel and see beautiful places hasn't disappeared in me since then. I have been to all countries of European Union, except Ireland and Malta. I have also been to Norway, Canary Islands, Bosnia Herzogovina and Turkey. During my trips I am always interested to see nature, especially mountains and seaside. I am not that into museums, only sometimes, when it is really a "must see" museum. I usually don't go to parties when being abroad (my student exchange time (ERASMUS) in Germany was an exception :) but why not to have a nice bottle of local beer or wine in the evening after a tiring and eventful day? I usually have a plan for my journeys but I am always open for changes, if an interesting place pops up on the way.
