We are a young couple that enjoys learning about new cultures and we love and enjoy the beauty of nature in every respect!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We realized that after a few trips, what often stuck most in our head were our encounters with locals. This is where you can pass the threshold of simply being a tourist with a look from outside. We started hosting, too, and got to know very interesting people in our home!

Interests

In our free time we enjoy vegan cooking and baking, reading, spending time with our 4 rescue chickens, gardening, hiking, thrift shopping, playing the piano, guitar and Schwyzerörgeli (a kind of accordion), biking, badminton, laughing and board games.

Teach, Learn, Share

Anja is an expert in photo- and videography, and Jan sure knows a lot about languages, sports, and history. We like learning about (vegan) meals from other cultures and practicing languages with you!

What I Can Share with Hosts

We had wonderful encounters while couchsurfing — from Bolivia to Kazakhstan — so we want to give back something! A free air bed in expensive Switzerland, close to the Swiss mountains :-)

And we want to meet you! We especially welcome couples, vegans, people from Brazil, Russia, China, Rome and the US, as these are the places we are planning to go in the coming years.
