I'm a Dutchie and currently live in Bielefeld, Germany. I study Inter-American Studies which combines history/literature/sociology and looks at it in the American context (both North and South ;)).

I love living in different places to get to know new friends and cultures other than my own. I'm an open person, eager for new experiences and insights :)

Musica, film e libri

Pretty much anything, ranging between folk/soul/electronic/classic rock/reggaeton. Some of my favourite artists include Frank Ocean/David Bowie/Alt-J/Sam Cooke/Fleetwood Mac.

When it comes to books I love non-fiction about psychology, philosophy and history. Also classics come to mind. Right now I'm reading A hundred years of solitude by García Márquez and I'm loving it!!

I used to be an English teacher and I might also be able to help with improving other languages. I would say I'm most passionate about learning language, at the moment I am fluent in 4, and learning more every day. It really is a hobby of mine!
