I'm 23 and a dance teacher living in DF for almost a year, and trying to travel to other Mexican cities during the summer months to teach workshops. Soon I will go to Cancun for my first one!
I grew up in Kansas, but have visited lots of other countries.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I'm looking to meet people and making connections where I go. I'm naturally very shy and quiet at first and don't speak much Spanish so I don't get the chance to meet many people. Once I feel comfortable though most people forget that I am shy. Since I am traveling now too for work, I want to be able to meet people where I go instead of staying in a hotel room in my spare time.

Intereses

Of course my top interest is dance, but I also love various types of music, learning about new places, travelling, and cooking and eating. I absolutely love food, whether it's cooking or eating or both and can never turn any down! And the spicier the better since I seem to have build an inhuman tolerance for anything spicy.

I got my bachelor's degree in dance and choreography after a back injury which paralyzed my leg for awhile. So, I consider that a pretty big accomplishment.
