ABOUT ME

NOTE: I'll be traveling from the 7th till the 21th of july and from the 31th of july till the 15th of august.

I've changed my couch availability in maybe, because I get about 15 couch requests per day and I simply don't have the time to answer them all. I was dissapointed by the fact that most messages were very unpersonal. I answered a lot of messages but most of the time didn't get any response back. It seems to me that most people use couchsurfing like a free hostel. This is definitely not what I imagened when I joined couchsurfing a week ago. I want to meet interesting people that really want to meet me as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't have much experience with couchsurfing, but I've hitchhiked a lot and met amazing people who sometimes offered me a place to sleep as well. I once drove 600 km with a Irish man in an old fire engine which didn't drive faster than 80 km/h. We played the guitar and teached each other songs. Because of hitchhiking I camped pretty much everywere. It is quite funny to camp at a gasstation and come out of your tent totally sleepy in the morning with al the people staring at you.

Interests

I like to live life to the fullest. Release worldly pressures and live in harmony.
I've lived in Amsterdam whole my life (except for the time I was sended to boarding school, I was kind of a naugthy girl growing up). Amsterdam is really my home, tough I like to expend my horizons and travel as much as I can. I love to meet all kinds of people, especially those who completely differ from me. I find that it gives me more perspective on my own life and how I live it.
Love to travel, jam, dance, hang in the park, make music, discuss about politics and party. So if you care to do any of those things together..

I listen to a lot of music, but lately a lot of jazz, 70's music, indie and electro.

Probably the best and most hidden tip you'll find about Paris. If you go to the Sacre Coeur and say that you want to pray at night (nuit d'adoration), you'll get a free room in the monastry. So you can surf french nuns their couch!
