Hi, my name is Jannis. I'm from Germany and just finished school. So now it's time for some adventures and for expering other countries, cultures and people. Together with two friends of mine I wanna travel New Zealand, Australia and South East Asia.
In my opinion the best way to learn much about a country is by hanging with people living there. That's why I prefer Couch Surfing over hostels or camping.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Like I already mentioned I like Couch Surfing especially because you get to know inhabitants automatically. They don't only offer you a free accommodation for the night but often show you the city they're living in, their culture or nice pubs and partys. You wouldn't ever find such a "service" within a hostel or at a camping ground.
