I love to travel & get to know people, their stories and living rooms ;)

Born in Aachen/Germany, I already lived in Canada (Victoria), Tanzania (Daressalam) and my second home Taizé/France where I got to know my wife 16 years ago.

Today, I live in a community living project in Cologne with 4 young people (since 2019), engaging in social and spiritual work for our local perish, building a diverse community of refugees, migrants, locals to build an inclusive society for young and old, rich and poor, religious and non-religious.

I´m a sporty type of guy, playing basketball since I was 9, soccer (fan of Bayer 04 Leverkusen), tennis, (beach-)volleyball, bikepacking (I did two longer tours to Krakow/Poland and Den Haag/Netherlands) and long-distance hiking (did the alpscrossing from Munich to Venice/Italy).

With a wide range of interests, you can have an interesting talk with me about almost everything - from philosophy, political topics to real estate. I´m eager to learn new perspectives, am always curious even though I don´t agree with everything you say.
