Driving in a shitty car to Mongolia to save the world!

ABOUT ME

I'm 25 years old and live in Mannheim, Germany. Currently I'm studying business information systems and this summer I will participate with two friends of mine in the Mongol Rally where we will drive from Germany to Mongolia in a Fiat Panda. Once we have reached our destination we will auction the car and our equipment of to local people and give the raised money together with financial aids we collected in Germany to a charity organisation in Ulaanbaatar which helps to improve living conditions for mongolian children.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I learned about Couchsurfing from a good friend of mine and since I'm travelling to Mongolia this summer I wanted to start participating in the community. This means of course that in the beginning I want to crash at other people on my journey.
However once I am back in Germany and have moved to my new home I'd also like to share my couch.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have visted many countries on short trips however I haven't really done anything yet that really stood out and felt like a unique experience to me. However I really hope our trip to Mongolia will change this.
