Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, I’m a former public servant turned eco-nutritionist and plant-based chef. I’m passionate about living in harmony with nature and constantly learning from her rhythms and wisdom.

I follow a plant-based lifestyle, I avoid waste and animal products, and I seek to live simply and mindfully, respecting both my body and our planet.

Right now, I’m traveling alone through different parts of the world, embracing a slow and conscious way of living. I use Couchsurfing as a platform to connect with kind-hearted and respectful people, exchange cultures, share meals, and maybe even cook something delicious together 🌱🍲
