Brazilian sightseeing the U.S.
Just finished a year as an Aupair and now I'm backpacking around the country for awhile.

I've been living in NJ, nearby NYC. And for now, exploring the East Coast.

I speak Portuguese and English fluently. My Spanish is good. And I understand some French.

I love communicating and I'm really open minded. A very easygoing person who is always looking to the bright side of any situation.

I'm not a religious person but I truly believe in the gold rule. Don't do to others what you wouldn't like to be done to you.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've decided to join it because I prefer getting to know a different town/city through the local point of view. And I believe couch surfing is all about it. Having someone willing to help and enjoying this journey with me makes it amazingly better.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've worked as a teacher back in Brazil for more than 5 years and I used to host students from all around the country during summer intensive courses and show them my hometown. It was always a pleasure so, it made me think about couch surfing and having the experience from the other part.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm from overseas and have been traveling a lot in the past years. Have friends from all around the world and really keep in touch with them. I have an intense interest in different cultures.
