I host often. I go to meet ups. I've tried surfing myself but it's never panned out.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first experience was hosting two fellas from Turkey. It was pretty awesome. I spent around two weeks couch surfing in the Los Angeles area. It too was pretty awesome. Plus hosting or almost hosting the random traveler that comes through town. Couchsurfing meetups in town.

Lilies of the Field. I pretty much want to live my life like that. A Walk Across America is also a favorite book. Those two books make me want to experience life more than any others.
