To live life to the fullest. Sometimes that means traveling, sometimes that means living it up at home, but either way, I'm ready to rock your socks off.

ABOUT ME

I love to work out. It started slow and now I am addicted. I just complete my first Ironman in September of 08 and I still can't stop. I am Crossfit and Crossfit Endurance certified trainer. I also like hiking, camping, skimboarding, surfing, running, biking, swimming, snowboarding, rock climbing, well pretty much anything outside. I am just ready to make something of myself instead of wasting my mid-20s in a bar, like too many others I know. That said, I am ready to party whenever you are.

PHILOSOPHY

I just want to live life to the fullest. I just want to get shit done. Like 2 years ago, in November of 2006, I decided I would run a marathon. Now 2 years later, I have run 2 marathons, 5 sprint triathlons, 1 olympic triathlon, biked the length of NJ (249 miles in 3 days), and finished my first Ironman. Not sure what is next, but I can't wait to get started. Maybe Everest one day??!?!?!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I joined CS not too long ago, but I am happy and ready to contribute and be a part of such a great group of people and such an awesome opportunity.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I first heard of CS from my friend's cousin, Jim, while out in Hawaii. It is such a great idea, and something that I have experienced while out in Australia, but the guys at CS put a name and website to it. I am sure there are many people that were already doing this sort of thing, or at least trying, and now they have a much better, safer, way to do it. I am ready to go see the world now!!!

Best TV show ever, Arrested Development. I love reading and learning new things. A lot of my books are instructional in some way, which I love. I want to learn how to do it all, one book, one day at a time.

The things I have seen in Australia were incredible. Scuba diving, skydiving, surfing, hiking, camping on the largest sand island in the world, and learning from so many people. and I could go on for hours, and believe me, my friends are tired of hearing about it. My real self-exploration has been through the hours and hours I have spent triathlon training. Spending that much time on the road, you find out a lot about yourself. Only 2 years into triathlons, I have done my first Ironman. Who knows what is to come, but I can't wait to find out.

If I can do these triathlons and endurance events, anyone can. And I hope to help as many people as possible to start this journey. It is a wonderful journey of self-exploration and self-improvement. You find out a lot about yourself after 3 hours of running. When you think you can't go any further, you are only half way there!!!
