I'm 24 years old Finnish construction engineering student from the city of Kuopio. I just finished my student exchange in The Netherlands and I'm now waiting for next autumn to go travelling in Asia.

As all couchsurfers, I'm very interested in travelling and meeting new people.
I also love the community feeling of couchsurfing with all the events and as a student, it is a nicely affordable way of travelling.

兴趣

I'm interested in many kinds of sports: most fun I have found extreme sports such as alpine skiing, scuba diving, wakeboarding, MTB and climbing, but I have also quite a lot of experience in floorball, beach volley, trekking and ice hockey. If not doing sports, I most likely spend my past time in organizing events for students or friends or planning new travels.

音乐、电影和书籍

I'm very open to most kinds of music, expect I can't say I'm a big fan of rap. When I'm alone, I mostly listen to metal (as all the Finnish? :D) and rock music. My favorite bands would include Iron Maiden, AC/DC, ZZ-top and the like. About movies and books I mostly like fantasy and sci-fi, but as with music, I'm always open for everything.

I can teach to sing amazingly hard Finnish songs and give the basics of whistling or thumb wrestling. I easily get along with new people and I haven't found it hard to find things in common with all kinds of fellows, so chatting either on cultural differences, butterflies or icefishing is something I can always offer. Along with Salmiakki and self-brewed berry wine.
