Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Spent a lot of time on a couch in London while travelling in Europe a few years back. The host was great. While she didn't have a lot of time to show me around, she did give me suggestions on place to visit, food to try, books to read and always kept me abreast of the latest in British politics.

Interests

Back-packing, hiking, running, fishing, skiing, rock climbing, playing ice hockey, playing guitar, going to concerts, cooking, reading, doing the NYT sunday crossword.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like most music, with the exception of contempory pop and big band.

Not a big movie buff, but I like thrillers, dramas, documentaries and comedies in about that order.

Love to read. Fiction, science fiction and documentary/opinion/investigat ive non-fiction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing Ankor Wat in Cambodia was very amazing. Back-packing through any wilderness has always been an incredible experience.
