I am roamer, wanderer, nomad and vagabond. I feel that where I lay my head is home.

PHILOSOPHY

I am a laid back person who doesn't take life too seriously. I am open minded and adapt very easily to different lifestyle and environment. I try to live in the moment. I value experiences more than money and material things.
I am not religious person but I accept all religions. But I don't like it when people shove religion through others throat.
I believe that our minds are more deep, complex and capable than we ever could understand.
I feel that life is easily turned around if one is not happy with it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host people in Finland. In winter we usually take people to ski to the frozen During the summer we have BBQ parties and enjoy the midnight sun.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My experiences of surfing have been good. Met many nice and interesting persons and always learned something new about them and their country. It is much nicer to stay with the locals than in hostel with other foreigners.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Okapoka at Basque country during Aste Nagusia 2010. Partying for one week non-stop.

Diving around the world. Especially diving with big group of Manta rays at Similan Islands, Thailand. Philippines and Indonesia was also amazing!

Traveled around SE-Asia, Asia and middle-east and Brazil.

Watching at Northern lights in northest point of Norway in a complete silence.

Night sky in Akha village in the hills of northern Laos. While the clouds were slowly rolling to shroud the village I was staring at so many stars that I could see the milky-way.

Time we spent in Yazd, Iran. Full of adrenaline rush filled car rides and smoking water-pipe in the desert.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have spent many hours underwater so I might be able to share something about diving. Especially under difficult conditions like diving under the ice or in the freezing Ice Sea on the coast of Norway. I know loads of great dive sites in Asia as well.
I love photography and trying all strange techniques like infrared and macro photography. I am also hunting for Northern lights whenever possible.
