Overview
About Me
I am an outgoing person, not really a drinker and likes travelling, watching movies as well as reading.
I am 40 something years old, married with 1 daughter.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet and make new friends all over the world. I like to learn about other people's cultures. Explore the world. I have a masters degree in health and safety which and would love to start an NGO/Social Enterprise or small business in that field. Health and safety in schools is the overall focus, where women and girl empowerment is the main focus. I also have interest in health and hygiene promotion, I thus started a little start up at the school where I am teaching. It is about helping the under privileged learners with a pack of toiletries and I urge for the assistance of my guests if possible. It's not a must. But if you have a heart to help. The pack can include 1 bar of soap or foam bath, toothpaste, lotion and roll on for the boys but for the girls we add 1 pack of sanitary pads. Your contribution will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
Interests
I like watching movies. To meet up with new people and make life long friendships, with people with similar interests or like minded individuals.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love good music, regardless of the type as long as it communicates with my soul!!!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Gave a free lift to two tourists (cyclists)who were cycling around Africa right here in Namibia, from Uis to Swakopmund. Hosted them for 3 nights, and thanks to them that I am now part of couchsurfing! That's the spirit of Ubuntu!!!
Teach, Learn, Share
I like to teach other people about my culture as well as learn about their culture. If time allows I know some areas well and I will be very happy to share.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My culture. The beauty of the Namibian coastal town. Swakopmund.
Countries I’ve Visited
Botswana, England, Italy, Scotland, South Africa, Switzerland, Uganda, Zambia
