Hi, I am Jasmine! I have been dreaming of this day since I was 14 years old, to finally begin my backpacking journey. Before this new adventure I trained as a yoga teacher for 9 months in New York. And I am vegan!

My purpose of travel is to experience the culture, to have meaningful conversations with people, and to really understand different ways of life. I want to not experience my travels in a way of a tourist but as a local. What better way than this?

My mother is French and my father is Panamanian, growing up with these beautiful cultures I started to take interest in all cultures which has only grown. Last year I really fell in love with the yogic philosophy and my own practice. Like I said before I really find everything interesting though. I would listen to someone tell me why it’s correct to peal a banana from the tail and not from the head and find it interesting.

I am not picky with music though I do love the science behind what it does for our health. One of my favorite things to do by myself is go to the movies. Recently my top two favorite movies would be Babylon, and The Original The little Princess. As for books I love anything to do with the Yogic Philosophy.

I have a love for any kind of knowledge weather that be a new language, culture, history, or simply how shoes are made. Anything that is offered I would love to learn.
