I was born and raised in the little market town of Oundle, England. At age 11 - my family moved to Tampa, Florida. Where I grew up, graduated and start the typical formula for life. I found that I wasn't satisfied - I wanted to explore the world and find out ultimately what makes me happy (which isn't a white picket fence, full-time job and a family just yet). So I am back in England temporarily with the intent to become a world traveler.

I love to learn new things - no matter how frustrated I may get because I'm prolly not good at them. I love music, dance, outdoors, socializing, reading, exploring, taking pictures, and sometimes doing absolutely nothing.

Committed my blood sweat and tears to the art of Brazilian jiu-jitsu. I am SO close to getting my purple belt that I hope I can train in my travels and motivate women everywhere to join in.

I am a certified swim instructor as well as a personal trainer. I can teach people how to paint and draw. And along with my learning help people with the art of mindfulness and meditation.
