My goal is to learn various homesteading
techniques globally to gather the knowledge to
begin my own off-grid ecovillage one day. I will
learn to build self-sustainable 'Earth Ships'
(seriously recommend a quick google search of
this architecture if you're not familiar!!), and I
will be the founder of our communities
childcare program.
I plan to honor our ancient parenting
techniques and rather shift our focus to respect
each childs autonomy; to foster individual
artistic development and skill sets.
For social development, they will have
extracurriculars of their choice with peers
outside of the community. In-home will be
primarily child-led learning (aided with a
baseline general curriculum) but also focusing
on consciousness, body, soul, and spirit. We will
practice things such as meditation, greenhouse
care, herbalism, wildlife education,
