About Me
Hi everyone!
I’m Jasmine and am I the only one that find it hard to write just the right amount about yourself in the intro?
Well, I’m a very open, curious person and I like to learn new things about the world and its inhabits, and like to dive further down than just exploring the surface. I am very supportive of queerness as I am personally on a journey myself, so if you’re vibing with that dont hesitate to text haha.
I like having deep and passionate conversations about things that are exciting, sad, controversial, personal etc. I like to be in my comfort zone, just chill and exist, as well as getting out there and challenging myself, striving to be the best version I can, ofc. sometimes easier said than done lmao.
I like walks(and in barefeet!), talking, exploring, meditating, yoga, reading, playing games, cooking, doing creative stuff, dancing and singing to music! A good party is also nice, concerts and other events.
I work and study project management with the goal of doing rewilding(nature)projects. It’s something I really care about^^
And I'm doing a very ambitious project, I want to gather all people in the world to have us feel and understand that we are not alone, to feel more hopeful, present, powerful, feel connected, dismantle shame, create inspiration.
"Shame paralyse us, Connection sets us free".
I want us to dream of utopias (with realism ofc) that are for the good of all life.
"If we can't picture the kind of world we want to live in, then we don't know what it takes to get there, and so we might never even get close".
This is my life project and I hope it will continue beyond my lifetime.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on couchsurfing because I want to make connections and meet people who I would otherwise never have met, that I find it very exciting. I have a neck injury so I hope hosting can help me be a gateway to other people and their worlds.
What I can offer- and what you should know:
1. I can offer a private room with a bed for a few nights.
2. On the weekdays I would like that one (you) is back before 10 because most weekdays I go to bed between 10-10.30. weekends + friday I’m more lose, and I would like you to let me know what you could desire so we can firgure something out!^^
3. no smoking, thank you for understanding.
4. Lets get it straight(well not straight - pun intended), I'm a (trans)woman, and I ofc expect you to be respectful about it^^. Should you be curious then I usually say that any question asked respectfully and with good intentions are just fine! There are no wrong questions, maybe inappropriate ones, and ofc it's up to me if I reply or can^^!
--‐---AND PLEASE&lt ;3, let me know a favorite animal of yours so I know you've read through my profile^^ otherwise I likely wont respond(!!!)------
Many have asked if I'd like them to bring something for when they come. This is by no means a requirement, I just want to share that I have a desire to collect local postcards from around the world where people come from, so IF you want to I wold love to have a postcard you feel says something about where you are from<3<3

Music, Movies, and Books
I like what feels like any kind of music – some more than others. I am really into rocky-tech-hip-indie-cinematic music like : Starset, Linkin Park, Don Broco, Evanecence, I prevail, SIAMES, Tamepala, Emotional Oranges, Foals, MAN WITH A MISSION, ONE OK ROCK.
Electronic, dancing music, spiritual tunes, jazzy, classical, ambient. So a lot hahaha
I like books about topics like nature, sexuality, philosophy, meaning, love, and much more. I also like reading some of my friend's favorite books hehe.
I love The Alchemist by Paul Coelho<3
where to start... I love deep movies, movies I can learn from, documentaries are great. Horror movies too lmao.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Is probably when I went traveling to Japan by myself for the first time after having studied Japanese for two years and having met some lovely Japanese people on the app Hellotalk. I went, only knowing what days I would see which friends. Everything else I did on the go. It was the most scary, exciting, unpredictable trip ever. It taught me many things like trusting the process, or moving in uncharted territory while trying to be present and enjoying the moments.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my time, desire to have fun and explore. I can do it spontaneously or planned, whichever one prefers. We can chill and talk, go and experience, or whatever! ^^<3
I have had a lot of hobbies so I can for example show or we can do watercolors, play some music together, idk many things.
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Belgium, Cabo Verde, Croatia, Czech Republic, England, France, Germany, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, United States
