About Me
A free-spirit living every day like it's my last. Raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and currently residing in Brooklyn New York, I am a true escapist at heart who yearns for exploration and new adventures. I transplanted myself from the West Coast to the Big Apple to continue my education and follow my dreams. After completing my Master's program, I am now working as an assistant in the Marketing Department at Bloomingdale's.
After a brief travel hiatus, I am ready to get back on the jet plane and reignite my wanderlust.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting new people, connecting with the locals in different countries and creating life-long friends.
Interests
FOOD: I love trying new foods and am always on the hunt for the best restaurant in town.
CULTURE: As a sociology minor in college, studying how societies work opened my eyes to the beauty of different cultures. The world has so much to offer. Life is too short to just stick to one way of thinking and living. I love trying food from different cultures and learning the different customs--from the phrases to dancing to recreational activities. All of which ties into my love for travel.
FASHION: Ever since I was little I would always dress up in my mother's clothing and act like I was in a fashion show. Moved to New York City to pursue a Master's in Fashion Marketing. As an avid thrift-shopper, I'm obsessed with finding vintage, unique pieces and styling them to fit my personal taste.
FAMILY: My family is my world. I am blessed to be a part of such a gigantic family. I love every minute I spend with them.
FITNESS: Love challenging my body and it's limites--whether it be through running, weight-training, hiking or yoga.
