About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I just recently finished a trip through different countries in Asia which guided to some kind of culture shock when arriving back in Germany. I switched directly from traveling life to my first job/internship and now I am continuously on the search for all different possibilities to connect traveling with my work. The most interesting mission is to find out what kind of life you want to live and right now I am in the middle of finding out ;)
(my philosophical side speaking) ;)

ABOUT ME

Describe myself? I bet every one of my friends could do that better then I! But here is a try:
I love to meet new people especially if they are different to the people that I usually meet back home. While travelling the best things for me are hiking and going out while getting to know amazing personalities. There are so many different thoughts and viewpoints to discover especially when you are abroad.
. Possibly I also got influenced by those people I met and hopefully this way I can take a bit o my experiences back home~

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I guess I count as a newbie although I have been couchsurfing for a few times. When I am discovering new people through CS I am mostly every time very amazed about how many experiences they already made - I might have to travel a lot more!

Interests

Design and Art could definitely count as my interest but I am not one of those persons who can stare on every piece of art in every museum for hours.
I like to discover stiles and techniques that I did not knew before as well as I can get lost in those stores with all those useful but unnecessary design gadgets that would possible cost me all my money if I would not need it to buy some plaintickets to somewhere.
Generally I love nature, hiking and swimming as long as I can keep my fear of dark waters in control ;) So if you want to meet up to do some of the above things I would be possibly in!

Music, Movies, and Books

I LOVE breaking bad. In my view it is such an impressive piece of artwork.
When it comes to the music it is much easier to ask what I do not like. So traditional german music is really not my thing, also the kind of music that people play on the beaches of Mallorca.
I am completely open to listen to all the remaining genres since in my playlist includes from Hardrock over Electro, HipHop and Reggae a lot of different songs. Right now my favorites are more around the field of Electronic music and I noticed that I really like the kind of music FKA Twigs produces~

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Some of my greatest experiences are based on simply wonderful people - I have met some folks who shared so much of their life and happiness with me that they made some moments very special to me.
For example when I took the Transsib. Railway from Moscow to Vladivostok. Since I can not speak much russian beyond "Spaciba, Iswinidje padschaosta and piermeni" (I hope you can understand what I tried to write down) it was somehow difficult to communicate but with the help of hands, drawing and pictures I was getting to know some incredible friendly and open people.
Another time we had breakfast on a rooftop on Brooklyn with a professional dancer hopping around us and the skyline of Manhattan in the background. One of my favorite experiences was when me and my friend had to sleep in an empty little truck next to a lake in Norway while Couchsurfing. It was a bit creepy at night since it was our first travel and there were many silent people there at night but swimming in the lake in the morning made up for everything.

Teach, Learn, Share

I really like food - Or even more cooking vegetarian dishes, sometimes I cook only because I want to. One of the advanteges of cooking with others is the increased variety of dishes.... ;)
but there is much more to learn from others. I just don´t know what exactly I should write here :D Isn´t it the best to learn about something you didn´t even know it existed?

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would love to share experiences with my hosts - I love to make memories with people that makes them unforgettable. Once I was staying at a horse farm in denmark, spending time with polish people working there who lived in such a different world then mine. It was incredible interesting to be able to see the world from a different perspective.

So maybe the most important thing to share are perspectives? But I can and love to cook or getting to know new dishes. So sharing food would be also amazing. I would love to introduce some of my favorite Tofu Dishes~
