ABOUT ME

My name's Jasmin ( it's not a girl's name in Croatia ;-) and I come from Zagreb, Croatia! I'm 24 and currently still a student! I study journalism at the University of Zagreb and in september I'll be in my 3rd year, so hopefully by next summer I'll have the BA!
I've spent most of my life living in Zagreb, besides the two years from 2004-2006 when I've lived in London!
I love travelling and meeting new people/discovering new places!
I still live at home, which is pretty typical in Croatia.
Zagreb can be small and slow, but it's still my home and I love it!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been a member since last year. So far I've hosted two couch surfers at my home in Zagreb! Haven't been active lately, but I'm back here now!

Interessen

When I'm not doing Uni work ( which is 99% of the time ;-), I'm usually chilling with my friends.
Zagreb can be a bit slow and as it's pretty small, it can sometimes get boring, but I try to get the most of it!
I'm not big into clubs, prefer chilling with friends outside or in people's houses!
I love music, so when there's a good gig or party, we tend to go!
When I'm at home, I like to read a good book or watch a good movie!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I love all kinds of music. As a kid, I started discovering music through rap, but as I grew older, my choice of preffered music has expanded and became quite eclectic!
These days I'd say I love everything and anything-from rap to reggae, dancehall, dub, dubstep, rock, pop, electro, minimal etc. Depends really!

I love reading, but lately I haven't been doing it much! This summer I managed to read two books which is pretty good for my standards! One by Marquez and a collection of short stories by Carver!

Last movie I watched was The Big Sleep with Bogey!
