About Me
Hi, I'm Jason. I've been traveling pretty extensively this year - on the 5th continent now! I studied engineering and worked in tech for a few years in California. After checking off all the boxes that would make my parents proud, I decided it was time to focus on what I've always wanted to do - spend a few months visiting the world. I'm open-minded, adventurous, and considerate. Pretty flexible and roll with the changes in life. Overall, I'd say I've been pretty lucky!
Recently a few friends encouraged me to consider Couchsurfing instead of just staying in hotels/airbnbs. I can see that this is an exciting opportunity to make meaningful connections.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I so couchsurfing because traveling solo and staying in hotels can be pretty mundane after an extended period of time. There's so many places in the world to see, so why not meet the wonderful folks as well? I look forward to meeting you and sharing new experiences!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once did a 80 mile 5-day hike. It was the most physically challenging thing I've ever done but I have amazing pictures to prove it was worth it!
Teach, Learn, Share
We can't change others but we can change how we react, which ultimately determines our own perception in life.
