Hey! I'm a lawyer who discovered the magic of traveling a while back and haven't wanted to stop since. I love exploring the less touristy parts of new cities, experiencing the rhythms of local life and finding out what's around the next corner or through that narrow-but-picturesque alley. I'm also quite good at discovering amazing, memorable places to eat and drink that are less frequented by other travelers, since eating and drinking are the best parts of any trip and good memories can last forever. Heaven is a tiny yakitori place in Tokyo or a faded but friendly ham-and-sherry bar in Seville.

Solo traveling is fun; meeting cool locals and other travelers (of all ages!) to share your experience with is even better. Whenever I'm in a new city, I want to go to places -- bars, restaurants, random artsy street corners -- that I wouldn't otherwise know to visit, and meeting someone interesting who knows the area and speaks the language is often quite helpful for that. ;-) In return, I offer good stories, laughter, a curiosity about the local culture, and a willingness to try new things. Let me know if you're looking for a person to hit that hole-in-the-wall wine bar or family-run bistro with, or if you just want to wander around with someone fun.
