HI! I'm work in San Francisco for a small electrical engineering consulting firm. I'm an avid cyclist (both road and mtb*) and former bike mechanic, and I like to hike, ski, surf, camp and pretty much anything outdoors and adventurous. I'm a big science nerd and movie buff.

My old roommate used to host couchsurfers at our place while I was in school and it was an awesome way to meet lots of people from all over and connect with them. I don't get to travel as much as I'd like, but I love the idea of staying with and meeting local people when travelling.
