I moved from New York City in 2017 to begin my studies and a new life in Paris. I am studying french language and literature. I teach yoga and fitness in Paris and did so in New York for several years.
I am interested in Eastern philosophy, yoga (of course), literature and films. I eat pretty much everything and I love wine (but not too much).
I am dedicated to good health but also balancing that with a little bit of the "Bon Vivant".

Right now I am trying to get to know Europe better, to see more cities and ways of living, learn some history, maybe even help cook and learn some new recipes from other countries. I would like to meet some individuals and families in France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Greece, Austria and Spain.
Unfortunately I can only host when my roommate and her kids are away. We are pretty full when all of us are home.

I am a decent cook and culinary classes in New York and worked as a chef in people's homes while also teaching yoga. But I want to keep learning different recipes and other ways people approach food in their homes. I love homestyle cooking. I especially would learn how to cook Italian and Asian styles because I have little experience in this realm.
