About Me

I’m someone who finds the most joy in exploring the world, laughing with people who don’t take life too seriously, and creating stories worth telling. I enjoy the outdoors, trying new restaurants, traveling to places that challenge me, and immersing myself in cultural events wherever I land.

I’ve lived in five different countries and studied in three, which has given me a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives and ways of life. I love connecting with people, swapping stories over food or coffee, and discovering hidden gems that you can’t always find in a guidebook.

At my core, I’m easygoing, curious, and passionate about both learning and sharing. Friends describe me as funny, adventurous, and thoughtful, someone who can go from planning a spontaneous road trip to having a deep conversation under the stars.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me, Couchsurfing is about more than a place to stay, it’s about people. I believe the best way to truly know a city or a country is through the people who live there. Couchsurfing creates a space where strangers become friends, where stories are exchanged across cultures, and where travel feels more personal.
I’m here to meet people from different backgrounds, share my experiences, and learn from theirs. I love the idea that one small interaction, whether it’s a shared meal, a laugh, or a late-night conversation, can create a memory that lasts far beyond the trip itself.

Interests

Travel & Adventure: Trekking, dirt biking, desert crossings, diving, mountaineering, rock climbing, and underground cave exploring. I feel most alive outdoors, especially with a challenge involved.
Food: Huge food lover, especially Mediterranean, Chinese, Arabic, and Indian cuisine. Sharing a meal is one of the best ways to connect.
Laughter & Comedy: I love surrounding myself with humor, whether it’s a good stand-up show or laughing with new friends.
Water & Nature: I’ve always lived near beaches, rivers, or oceans. I dream of having a beach house one day (with a yacht parked out front, of course).
Exercise & Photography: Fitness is important to me, and I almost never leave home without my DSLR. Capturing beauty in everyday life is one of my favorite things.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy movies that make me think or laugh, especially suspense, thrillers, and comedies. When it comes to music, my tastes have evolved a lot over time: I started with rock, hip hop, and pop, and these days I find myself drawn to EDM. The only style that never really clicked with me is heavy metal. Books for me are about growth and inspiration, I gravitate toward stories that expand my perspective, whether through fiction, biographies, or ideas that challenge the way we see the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Adventure has a way of pulling me in. A few moments I’ll never forget:
Cliff-diving from over 50 feet into the ocean, it was terrifying in the moment, but pure adrenaline after.
Spending three days dune-bashing in the desert, where the heat tested me but the landscapes took my breath away.
Swimming in an underground cave where I had to hold my breath for almost 20 seconds to make it through. Scary, yes, but it reminded me how alive I feel when I push myself.
These are the kinds of experiences that shape me: a mix of fear, thrill, and beauty that lingers long after.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love sharing what I know and learning from others. Some areas I enjoy exchanging knowledge on:
Business & Marketing: I’ve spent years in professional spaces and like helping others think about ideas, projects, or strategies.
Cooking: I love experimenting with flavors from around the world, and I enjoy cooking for friends (or learning a new recipe from them).
Photography: I’m always happy to swap tips or even go out for a photo walk to capture a city’s hidden corners.
Stories & Culture: From love to laughter to challenges, I believe everyone has stories worth sharing, and I love listening just as much as telling.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I’m easygoing and respectful, and I enjoy making hosts feel appreciated. I’m not just looking for a place to stay, I’m looking for an experience we both enjoy. That could mean exploring the city together, cooking a meal, or just sitting down for a great conversation.
I’d love to share my own stories and hear yours. I’m always up for laughing, swapping travel experiences, or simply relaxing after a long day. My goal is to leave as more than just a guest, hopefully as a friend you’d be happy to see again.
